subscription terms
By purchasing an oh my hours Full Version yearly subscription, the user agrees to the following terms:
- The subscription grants access to additional features and content within the oh my hours app. These features may change over time as the app is refined and improved.
- The subscription renews automatically on a yearly basis. The user will be charged the applicable fee at the start of each billing cycle unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions are managed through the user’s Apple ID account settings.
- The developer reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time without prior notice. By subscribing, the user acknowledges that the offering may evolve continuously.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis upon request.
lifetime purchase terms
By making a one-time lifetime purchase of oh my hours Full Version, the user agrees to the following terms:
- A single payment grants access to Full Version features for as long as the oh my hours app remains available and supported within the iOS ecosystem.
- No recurring charges apply. The one-time fee covers access to current Full Version features.
- The developer holds no liability if iOS platform changes cause the app to become unsupported.
- The developer reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time without prior notice.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis upon request.
general terms
- oh my hours is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
- These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
